Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Booksy blanket. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@booksyblankets.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with its original packaging and included markers.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process it.
